As a child, my nan taught me how to knit. We made tiny clothes for dolls together. As a teenager, she helped me design a pattern for an Aran Knit cushion cover for my Home Ec practical exam for the Junior Cert, which at the time seemed to take an eternity to finish and was just super difficult. After that, I didn’t touch needles again until I was in my early twenties, when I rediscovered my love for learning and creating one-of-a-kind pieces. During the 2020 pandemic, I decided that now was the time to start really using my skills, and here I am. I love creating unique, handcrafted, hand designed pieces. No two items that you find here will be the same, but the same passion and love goes into each one. I hope that you can find something that takes your fancy, either as a treat for yourself (go on, you deserve it!) or as a bespoke gift for someone you love. I try to use as many Irish products in what I make as possible, and love to support other Irish businesses where I can along the way too. This is all completely new to me, so I hope that you can bear with me as I perfect what I am doing, and I hope that you can follow my journey along the way.
